Getting Started
What ages do you teach?
We offer swim lessons for all ages, from infant water introduction classes (starting around 6 months) through toddlers, kids, teens, and adults. Each program is designed around the skills and comfort level appropriate for that age group.
My child has never been in a pool before. Where do we start?
No experience is needed to enroll. We start every new swimmer with a placement assessment so we can match them to the right class level — whether that’s water-comfort basics or a more advanced stroke class.
Do you offer classes for adults too?
Yes. We have adult beginner classes for those learning to swim for the first time, as well as stroke improvement and fitness swimming classes for more experienced swimmers.
How do I know which class level is right for me or my child?
When you register, we’ll schedule a short in-water assessment with one of our instructors. This helps us place your swimmer in the class where they’ll be both challenged and comfortable.
Classes & Scheduling
How long are the lessons and how often do they meet?
Most of our group classes run 30–45 minutes, once or twice a week, depending on the program. Private lessons can be scheduled more flexibly based on availability.
Do you offer private or semi-private lessons?
Yes. In addition to group classes, we offer one-on-one private lessons and semi-private lessons (2–3 swimmers) for students who want more individualized attention or a faster pace.
What’s the difference between group and private lessons?
Group lessons are a great way to build confidence alongside peers and are typically more affordable. Private lessons offer focused, personalized coaching and are ideal for swimmers working on specific skills or progressing quickly.
Do you offer make-up classes if we miss a lesson?
We offer a limited number of make-up sessions per session/term, depending on your enrollment plan. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can schedule a make-up spot for you.
Can I switch class times or levels after enrolling?
Absolutely. If a class time isn’t working for your schedule, or your swimmer is ready to move up a level, just reach out to our front desk and we’ll help you make the switch, subject to availability.
Safety
Are your instructors certified?
Yes. All of our instructors are certified in swim instruction, water safety, and CPR/First Aid, and complete ongoing training throughout the year.
What is your student-to-instructor ratio?
Ratios vary by class level and age group, with smaller ratios for our youngest and newest swimmers to ensure close supervision. Exact ratios are listed on each class description.
Is a parent required to be in the water?
For our youngest infant and toddler classes, a parent or guardian typically joins their child in the water. For most other classes, students work directly with the instructor while parents watch from our deck or viewing area.
What safety measures are in place at the facility?
Our pool is supervised by trained staff at all times during lessons, water quality is tested and maintained daily, and our facility follows all local health and safety regulations.

How much do lessons cost?
Pricing depends on the class type (group, semi-private, or private), session length, and frequency. Visit our Pricing page or contact us for current rates and available packages.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer sibling discounts and multi-session package pricing. Ask our front desk about current promotions when you enroll.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can review our full cancellation and refund policy on our Policies page. In general, we ask for advance notice for cancellations so we can offer the spot to another swimmer.
How do I register for a class?
You can register online through our Registration page, or stop by the front desk during business hours and our staff will help you enroll.
